Role/Grade: Rescue Team Member/Instructor
Duty System: 42 Hours Per Week
Line Manager: : Emergency Response Lead - John Armson
Overall Purpose of Post
The purpose of the post is to create ‘safer people’ in the work place and contribute to HFR Solutions vision of creating safer business communities. The role is to act as an integral part of the on-site Health, Safety, Environmental and Emergency response team. You will actively support the improvement of Health, Safety and the Environment on-site by making proactive and positive safety interventions. You will maintain and check emergency equipment to ensure a constant state of emergency readiness in line with on-site protocols. Where applicable you will apply an appropriate reactive approach to emergencies within your workplace and scope. You will also be required to provide basic workplace safety training to all on-site staff as required.
