Are You Going To The Safety & Health Expo 2017?

High profile speakers will be in attendance, as well as industry experts.

Those involved in their company’s emergency response planning processes and procedures would perhaps be wise to sort out tickets for this year’s Safety & Health Expo at Excel London, taking place between June 20th and 22nd well in advance.

This is the one time of year when key associations, distributors, manufacturers and industry leaders all come together to network, familiarise themselves with all the latest health and safety guidance and legislation, and source new health and safety products that could potentially benefit them and their organisations.

More than 200,000 products are available for trial across multiple products and service categories such as workwear, safety, fire, field services and security, and facilities, so it’s certainly worth going if you can. Last year saw three days packed full of new product releases, networking events (like the Rising Star awards) and other educational content.

Although the full education programme is yet to be announced for this year’s event, you can expect high profile speakers and experts from across all industries to come to the expo to share their expertise on some of the most important issues relating to health and safety. It is also worth visiting the Operational Excellence Theatre, which will provide both technical and legislative content compiled by various leading industry associations.

The Professional Development Theatre focuses on how to develop a career in health and safety, including information and advice on soft skills training, options for qualifications and tips from recruiters. Paying a visit to the Lone Worker Theatre, meanwhile, will cover risk reduction techniques and more, all designed to help keep solo workers safe.
