What is a Community Interest Company?

As a Community Interest Company, our profits are reinvested into initiatives and projects that match our vision and make a real difference to local communities. We are proud to be able to give back and constantly strive towards strengthening communities for a brighter tomorrow.

Community Return

At HFR Solutions, we are dedicated to empowering individuals through the process of community return. Our initiatives are designed to build confidence and community spirit, exemplified by exciting activities such as abseiling off the Humber Bridge to raise funds and organising a sponsored cycle from British Steel, Scunthorpe to our headquarters in Hessle. We also take pride in contributing to local welfare through initiatives like creating a sensory garden, training community groups in life-saving skills, and supplying public access defibrillators, among other efforts. These projects reflect our commitment to enhancing community safety while fostering lasting connections.

Canal Boat

Tilly is a purpose-built canal boat designed in 2019 to provide a unique opportunity for charities and non-profit community groups to escape the stresses of daily life and enjoy a sailing experience on a tranquil waterway. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a wheelchair lift, Tilly can accommodate up to 12 passengers per outing, with each journey led by a trained skipper and crew. Our services are free of charge to community groups and charities but not free of cost. To keep this service accessible to all community groups and charities, please help us in anyway you can.
