When a Responder Needs Support
If you’ve been involved in a complex or traumatic clinical incident, submitting a Debrief Request helps us support your well-being, promote learning, and strengthen team resilience.
Our TRiM (Trauma Risk Management) practitioners are trained to lead debriefings within HFR Solutions and for external clients.
This service is available to:
• Internal responders across HFR, including our managed sites and other locations where care is delivered e.g. ERT or private events
• External clients (via your contract or pay-as-you-go basis)
Whether part of your contract or a one-off request, submitting this form is the first step.
What Happens Next
1. Once submitted, your request is emailed to a small internal team for careful review.
2. We’ll reach out to you to discuss next steps and arrange the debrief.
