Tilly is a community canal boat which is owned and operated by HFR Solutions CIC.
Our community canal boat will provide an enjoyable and rewarding experience, create some wonderful memories and opportunities to converse with others in a safe and relaxed environment. All voyages will be facilitated by fully trained crew members. There is no cost to charities and non-profit making organisations.
