This training course is designed to allow delegates to gain the skills and competence to confidently check, use and correctly fit a full body harness.
The Working at Height – Basic Safety Harness course is valid for 3 years and is designed to provide delegates with the knowledge and understanding to work safely at height. They will gain the skills to enable the safe use of a full-body harness, energy-absorbing lanyards and work postponing lanyards. This Basic Safety Harness course outlines the uses and limitations of work at height equipment whilst giving individuals an appreciation of the implications of an emergency situation.
